El camino means "the road." Ours leads to a wooden kitchen in the Seaway Mall parking lot, strung with lights and run by Chef Emerson.
Everything starts on the flat-top: steak, chorizo, barbacoa, peppers and onions, cooked when you order and not a minute before. People drive in from St. Catharines and across Niagara for it.
